ML 1   This new innovative machine has been specifically developed to offer a realistic alternative to a conventional trailed 2 row harvester.  To achieve this, a high output variable speed cross conveyor has been married to our well proven SP2 chassis design.  This combination with its fully mounted maneuverability offers you the ultimate in low cost lifting with minimal risk of crop damage.

The Microlift is capable of lifting any number of root crops whether they are potatoes, onions, bulbs, parsnips etc either directly from the ground or from an already windrowed situation straight into a trailer.  The compact Microlift is ideally suited to areas that have small fields/ restricted access and where a conventional trailed harvester would be difficult to operate.  Being fully mounted, a zero turning circle is achieved which results in unsurpassed maneuverability both in field and on road.

Options:

  • For 2007 we will offer the Microlift with an upgraded cart elevator featuring a 900mm wide detachable single piece cart elevator with active side panels and a swan neck style folding end section.
    • Options of single or twin webs with hydraulically driven variable agitation.
  • Cross conveyor version for dedicated potato windrowing with a further option of an extended folding discharge section to allow windrowing over an extra bed.
  • Patented ‘constant cut’ twisted square digger bar or share blades (in any number of sizes and configurations).
  • Evolution cleaning module for soil / haulm removal
  • Spreader star unit for cross conveyor
  • Hydraulic or manual front depth control wheels
